Health Messaging System (HMS)
The Health Messaging System alerts patients and providers
about important health information via voice, text (smart/cell
phones), e-mail, and fax, depending on preferences.
Electronic data can be encrypted and passcode protected
where applicable. This saves staff/provider time and gives
patients and providers fast access to vital health information
in a secure environment.
For eligible professional and entities; HMS supports

The Emergency Notification System (ENS) gives
responders alerting technology tools so they can
communicate quickly via telephone, FAX, e-mail, and pager.
ENS is ideal for emergency management organizations,
police, fire, health, schools, utilities, and citizen volunteer
organizations (MRCs, CERTS, etc.).
For health organizations ENS can be combined with the
Autodialer on the same computer for appointment and due
date reminders.

Inbound applications:
Include Info lines with menus of topical messages in
designed to efficiently handle call volume with auto
attendant, voice mail, and ACD type features.
In addition, IVR Applications can be provided that access
data bases and speak back record information, scheduled
appointments, and other information contained in a
database.
In some cases, outbound applications such as appointment
reminders can be installed on the same computer as the
inbound application.

- Text Broadcast Module (TBM)
TBM is an optional add-on to the Teletask autodialer and/or
the Emergency Notification System (ENS). TBM is
designed to send messages to groups and individuals who
wish to receive text messages. Also, recipients of these
texts can send text messages back to TBM. Applications
include appointment and due date reminders, Electronic
Health Record (EHR) alerts with retrieval instructions, and a
wide variety of informational messages you wish to send.
Links to websites/pages can be embedded in the text
message. TBM consists of cellular texting hardware that
links to the Teletask autodialer/ENS via a USB port, TBM
software, remote labor to work with your staff to set up
TBM/train staff, and documentation of TBM features. TBM
includes a number of features such as:
- Internet based Nutrition Education
Click 'N Learn is an on-line Nutrition Education system
designed to be scalable from local WIC agency size up to a
statewide application. Click 'N Learn provides WIC
participants' a convenient way to select Nutrition Education
they want, from any Internet enabled PC/workstation inside
or outside the clinic. WIC staff can quickly create additional
nutrition education content, conduct threaded discussions
on-line, gauge understanding of material and measure
behavior change. Click 'N Learn is an ideal tool to help
achieve your VENA goals.

The Appointment Book is designed to provide office staff
appointments quickly and easily. It can be setup to run in a
network environment so that more than one worker can
schedule appointments simultaneously. Also available is

conducted at multiple physical locations in real time. The
Appointment Book links with the Autodialer.
