New Scheduler Features have been added today. All Settings can be enabled by the Admin from the Settings —> Scheduler page.
Users can now group clients into families for faster searching and quickly book multiple appointments for those grouped into a family. After it’s enabled, a user can view all family members associated with an individual, or when booking an appointment, select book family appointment and book multiple appointments at once.
Now you can optionally set your account to allow overbooking for a specific appointment time and resource. After it’s enabled, simply book an appointment as you normally would and you will be able to save over existing appointments, creating multiple appointment per resource.
After it’s enabled and a template is generated, a print appointment link will be viewable under each appointment, allowing users to print upcoming appointment information for participants.
