Job Title: Client Account Manager

Location: Remote Work. Final interview and Training in Office (Los Angeles)

About You

You are a detail-oriented person who excels at organization and enjoys solving problems with a sense of personal ownership. You easily connect with customers, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time. You can multitask across systems and applications, resolve a variety of complex issues, and comfortably navigate a technical environment. You recognize that accurate client information management is essential to our continued growth.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Send out intermittent campaigns to current customers about new features and functionality.

  • Follow up on client responses and escalate as needed to other Teletask staff.

  • Generate contracts, invoices, and estimates, proactively following up until all are complete.

  • Update Client information to CRM and and Books software.

  • Maintain current client list for real-time accuracy, adding new clients and detailing any clients no longer in service.

  • Follow-up weekly on all past due unpaid invoices.

  • Ongoing entry of notes regarding customer contracts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, administration, technology or related field.

  • 2-5 years of administrative experience.

  • Basic accounting software, CRM, and Microsoft Office experience.

  • Able to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

  • Detail oriented with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
